n the afternoon of May 22, in order to ensure the effective operation of various management systems of the company, Juan, director of quality department, was appointed as the management representative of the company based on the needs of the implementation of the management system of the company. Responsible for the overall planning, establishment, implementation and maintenance of the company's management system and related instructions and requirements and continuous improvement of the management system; Be responsible for publicizing and supervising the formation and implementation of the quality consciousness and resource saving consciousness which focus on customers.
After receiving the appointment, the management representative combined with the actual situation of the company, formulated the "Implementation Schedule of System Introduction Planning" the next day, and organized a meeting on May 24. Everyone took a close look at the schedule, understood the urgency of the task, and began to stick to it.
On May 25th, under the leadership of the system teacher, we learned the relevant provisions of ISO9001:2015 quality management system together. In this process, everyone listened attentively, raised questions in the process of listening, and tried to learn the terms thoroughly.
From May 26th to June 10th, everyone began to work on the writing process. Some are completed through discussion among departments, some are compiled after checking the actual situation on the spot, some are studied across departments, and some are even completed by working overtime. In half a month, we completed the quality manual, program files, third-order operation process files and fourth-order form formulation.
From June 11th to June 12th, we started the discussion and confirmed after all the process documents were formulated.
On June 13, the documents came under control.
On June 14, the document was issued. From June 14 to August 2, we started the trial operation phase.
On 3 August we started the first internal review, which lasted two days. In the internal audit, the internal auditor on the department program files, records were reviewed. At the same time, go to the site to check whether all the procedures meet the standards.
On August 5, top management is scheduled to review the organization's quality management system to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy and effectiveness to meet the standards and requirements of relevant parties. Be fully prepared to meet external audit.
On August 16th, after months of hard work, we finally got our certificate! Everyone is very excited for their efforts, for the company to step up to a higher level!
